My boyfriend hardly say I love you to me, Its not a bad thing. To say I love you to someone not only takes courage but you must also mean it when you say it. Empty i love you makes no point. If my boyfriend can say I love you every single minute, I would just shut his crap up. Don't just say I love you to someone for the sake of saying it. So, next time if your boyfriend/girlfriend doesn't say i love you to you often, that 3 words is reserve for some time btter :)
